Made from 100% recycled nylon fabric, woven into a tight and durable fabric using advanced textile technology. This enhances the skeletal strength, effectively blocking cold winds and locking in the warm air generated by the down layer. The tight weaving process and special treatment give it waterproof and windproof functions, creating a lotus leaf effect on the surface. It is also wrinkle-resistant, deformation-resistant, and easy to care for.
The lining uses 100% polyamide woven caramel brown nylon fabric, creating a strong color contrast when folded, like injecting molten gold from the sunset into the deep night sky. Polyamide fibers are known for their extremely high strength and excellent skin-friendly feel, with a silky smooth touch, avoiding the friction and discomfort that may occur when wearing heavy underwear. Working in conjunction with the outer nylon layer, it creates a breathable, heat-locking, and extremely comfortable microclimate, ensuring warmth and comfort without feeling stuffy or restrictive. Made with 90% white duck down with a fill power of 220g, it guarantees superior warmth. The down undergoes rigorous selection and processing to prevent down leakage. The 6cm high stand-up collar fits the neckline without being constricting, providing warmth like a “second skin” in the cold wind. Using a computerized quilting machine, the fabric is divided into 8 independent pile squares, with the stitch length strictly controlled at 3 stitches/cm and the stitch error not exceeding 0.1mm. High-strength nylon thread is used, with a tensile strength test reaching 20N (approximately 2kg load-bearing capacity), eliminating the problem of down leakage due to thread breakage.
