Custom-made aerospace-grade 75D heat-locking nylon, using the new national standard 90% white duck down (testing welcome). High down filling volume, excellent warmth, computer-controlled mechanical filling, prioritizing the determination of the filling area through the creation of inner lining patterns to determine the weight of down per square meter according to the original 3D effect. This allows for the calculation of the filler amount for each fabric piece. The computer-controlled filler machine uses a digital weighing unit for stable measurement. The double-F jacquard pattern is created by altering the yarn interlacing during weaving. Multiple weaving and dyeing cycles ensure color accuracy (minimum order of 1600 meters per batch, expensive). CNC laser burning-in the fabric pieces utilizes the high energy of lasers, precisely controlling the laser beam’s path to achieve precise piece shape cutting. Zero-filling direct filling and five-dimensional embossing are employed. A special coating pretreatment forms the first invisible filler barrier. Low-temperature, high-pressure molding and pressing are followed by simultaneous application of a five-layer functional coating to the fabric surface. Finally, laser cutting trims the edges, and laser seamless edging is completed. The computer-controlled template machine produces highly neat and smooth lines.
